1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 35bat platform and its users. 35bat is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

2.2 Registration Conditions

When registering an account, the user must confirm the following:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• The user is registering voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Use of the platform is consistent with local laws applicable in their location.
• Only one account will exist in the same person's name.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, 35bat may suspend or cancel all associated accounts and reserves the right to forfeit funds where applicable.

3. Account Security

Ensuring the security of the account is the user's own responsibility. Users are advised to use a strong password and not to share their login details with anyone.

• Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to 35bat support immediately.
• Managing an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• 35bat will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access if it occurs due to the user's own negligence.
• 35bat may request documents for identity verification at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The accepted methods for depositing funds on the 35bat platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits via any other method are not possible.

Deposited funds must come from an account in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party or from another person's account are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The user's account must be fully verified to withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses.
• 35bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — the specified wagering must be completed first.
• A user may not use a single promotion more than once.
• 35bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

35bat's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Tiers change based on the user's activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at 35bat's discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 35bat platform are conducted in accordance with Fair Play principles. Users will place bets and play games voluntarily and at their own responsibility.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 35bat reserves the right to cancel it.
• Game outcomes are determined by third-party software and 35bat does not control the results.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and others), Kabaddi, and various other sports. Example markets: Match Winner, Total Runs, Top Batter, etc. for Bangladesh vs India matches. All markets will be settled according to the applicable rules of the sport.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

35bat offers games from multiple reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. Each game provider's own rules apply.

7. Prohibited Activities
